Under-17 national team loses 0-2 to Northern Ireland

The Malta Under-17 side lost 2-0 to Northern Ireland in the first match on Thursday from the UEFA Under-17 mini-tournament which is being held in Andorra.
Playing at the Estadi Comunal in Andorra La Vella, the Irish took the lead on 13 minutes through Carson. McLellan doubled the score one minute from the end of the first half.
On Saturday, Malta faces the Netherlands at 16:00 while the third and final match is against Andorra on Tuesday 27.
