Four Premier League players suspended

Four Premier League players were suspended following the eighth round of matches which were played over the weekend.
The worst hit were Valletta who had defender Luke Dimech and striker Njongo Priso Doding both suspended for one match and are therefore ruled out of the game against Dingli Swallows on Sunday 13.
Sliema Wanderers defender Clifford Gatt Baldacchino was banned for two matches after being sent off in the game against Floriana and will now miss the games against Hibernians on Saturday 12 and Msida St. Joseph on Sunday 20.
Hibernians goalkeeper Mario Muscat, who was sent off in the derby against Tarxien, was banned for one match and is now ruled out of the game against Sliema.
Meanwhile in Division 2, Jason Portelli (Gozo) was banned for one match. Gzira team-manager Jason Camilleri was suspended for one year while kit-manager John Muscat was banned for two matches. 
In Division 3, Kersten Borg (Ghaxaq) and Edward Vella (Swieqi) were both handed a one-match ban. Pembroke Athleta coach Charles Borg was suspended for two matches.
Jonathan Pace (Dingli), Jean Claude Vella (Marsaxlokk), Daniel Grima and Gabriele Mifsud (Siggiewi) and Ryan Refalo (Tarxien) were all suspended for one match in the Youth League.
