First Division side Mosta FC made it clear that they are against any kind of corruption.

Referring to comments made during the programme Replay on Net Television during which it was alleged that a Balzan Youths player was approached before the game against Mosta FC, the latter claim that the comments could have given the impression that they were involved in this alleged case.

Following an internal investigation, Mosta FC declare that no Mosta official and/or player were involved in this alleged case.

Mosta FC are ready to collaborate with police and the Malta Football Association in any investigation which may be held.

The club declares that they are against any kind of corruption and will not tolerate attempts to tarnish the club’s image.
