Daniel Bogdanovic agrees three-year deal with Sheffield United

Malta international striker Daniel Bogdanovic will continue playing in the League Championship after agreeing a three-year deal with Sheffield United. The news was confirmed by the player during the presentation of the Melita Malta Football Awards which was held on Wednesday.

Bogdanovic spent the last eighteen months with Barnsley and this season, he was the club’s leading scorer. However his contract with the Tykes expired last month.

The thirty-year old striker played for several clubs in his career including Sliema Wanderers, Naxxar Lions, Valletta and Marsaxlokk in Malta, Ghajnsielem in Gozo, Vasas SC in Hungary, Cherno More in Bulgaria, Cisco Roma in Italy, Lokomotiv Sofia in Bulgaria and finally Barnsley.
