Maltese Under-21 international striker Sergio Hili joined Tarxien Rainbows on loan from Second Division side San Gwann. The Rainbows have an option for a permanent transfer for next year.

Hili has been playing regularly in Division 1 for the past two years and was a key figure in the team last season, despite relegation.
