The Malta Football Association announced that the U*BET FA Trophy second round matches which were due to be played on Wednesday 8th December have been postponed to Wednesday 19th January.

These changes were made necessary due to the presence of a number of players in the Amateur national team which will be taking part in the UEFA Regions’ Cup mini-tournament which will be played between December 7th and 12th.

The U*BET FA Trophy secod round matches will be played on January 19 as follows:
18:00 Hibernians vs St. Andrews (Hibernians Stadium)
20:00 Marsaxlokk vs Vittoriosa Stars (Hibernians Stadium)
18:00 Mosta vs Floriana (Victor Tedesco Stadium)
20:15 Hamrun Spartans vs Tarxien Rainbows (Victor Tedesco Stadium)

For this reason, the BOV Premier League match Sliema Wanderers vs Tarxien Rainbows which was due to be played on January 21 will be played on Monday 24th January at the Victor Tedesco Stadium, kick-off at 19:30.

Tarxien Rainbows vs Hamrun Spartans will be played on Friday 10th December at the Victor Tedesco Stadium as originally scheduled.

In the BOV First Division, Mosta vs St. George’s which was due to be played on December 12th has been postponed to Wednesday 15th December at the Victor Tedesco Stadium, kick-off at 19:00.

Youth League Section B matches Marsaxlokk vs Mgarr United and Tarxien Rainbows vs Hamrun Spartans will be played on Wednesday 8th December at the Marsaxlokk Ground, kick-off at 13:00 and 15:00.

The Maltco Lotteries First Division Knock-Out preliminary round match Dingli Swallows vs Pietà Hotspurs will be played on Sunday 12th December at the Victor Tedesco Stadium at 16:15 and not as originally scheduled.
