Leaders St. George’s extended their positive run on top the BOV First Division as they defeated Mosta 1-0 thanks to a penalty by Glenn Bonello in stoppage-time.

St. George’s lead the way with 13 points, followed by Mqabba and Lija on 9, Balzan 8, Mosta, Pietà and Melita 7.

On Saturday, Balzan Youths take on Msida St. Joseph while Melita face Pietà Hotspurs. On Sunday, Dingli Swallows meet Mosta while Mqabba take on St. Andrews.
