A triangular tournament between sports journalists, football coaches and referees will be held on Sunday 26th December, starting at 12:30 at the Victor Tedesco Stadium. The tournament is aimed at raising funds for l-Istrina.

This tournament will revive a traditional match between journalists and referees which used to be played up to a few years ago.

Addressing a press conference, G?aqda ?urnalisti Sport president Charles Camenzuli, Malta Football Coaches Association president Lolly Aquilina and Lorry Sammut Malta Football Referees Association President expressed their satisfaction for the fact that this activity is being held once again. It was first held in 1975 between members of the G?aqda Kittieba Sports (now G?aqda ?urnalisti Sport) and football referees. As from this year, together with the MFCA, the activity is being held the day after Christmas.
