Birkirkara’s Emiliano Lattes is the BOV Player of the Month for February 2011. The Argentinian forward’s consistent performances during this month have enabled Birkirkara to keep the pressure on leaders Valletta in the Championship pool of the BOV Premier League.

Lattes was voted BOV Player of the Match in both Birkirkara’s matches against Tarxien where he also found the net in his side’s 3-1 victory over the Rainbows taking his tally to six this season.

Priscilla Attard, Manager of Bank of Valletta’s Branch in Fleur-de-Lys Birkirkara congratulated Emiliano on his achievements and presented him with the BOV Player of the Month Trophy for the month of February 2011. Lattes chose Puttinu Cares to benefit from the donation associated with this award.
