Birkirkara goalkeeper Manuel Bartolo is available to play the next BOV Premier League match against Floriana after the one-match ban was overturned.

Bartolo was suspended for one match after he was reported by referee Andre Arciola for not shaking his hands with him before the match between Birkirkara and Marsaxlokk.

The Stripes asked the association to reconsider the decision, citing a misinterpretation of the regulations.

The MFA Disciplinary Commissioner overturned the original decision and changed the one-match ban to a fine.
