The Malta Under-21 side earned a point in a goalless draw with Finland in the first game from Group 2 of the 2013 UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifying round on Friday at the Tehtaan Kenttä, Valkeakoski.

On Tuesday, Malta faces Lithuania in another Group 2 qualifier at the Siauliai Central Stadium, Siauliai.
