Naxxar Lions Youth Nursery will be travelling to Liverpool with their Under-16 team to participate in the ‘2011 Liverpool Knowsley International Youth Soccer Tournament’.

Some of the clubs participating in this five-day tournament, which kicks-off on July 26, are from the UK, Norway and Canada. The team will be under the guidance of Team Coach Alfred Cassar and Head Coach Felix Camilleri.

The main objective of the participation in this tournament is to give additional experience as well as foreign exposure to its youth players. Our Nursery has in previous years participated in other International Tournaments, mainly in Wales and Tunisia.

Naxxar Lions FC Youth Nursery is also accepting applications for boys and girls aged 5 to 16 who wish to join the Club Nursery for the forthcoming season. For further information one may contact Mr Felix Camilleri on 79702308.
