First Division side Vittoriosa Stars continued to strengthen their squad with the signing of another three players, namely Mauro Grioli, Mark Barbara and Erin Azzopardi.

Floriana striker Mauro Grioli, who played for Mqabba last season, joins the Stars on a one year loan with an option for the following year.

Vittoriosa Stars and Valletta agreed terms over the transfer of midfielder Mark Barbara. Barbara, who had earlier spent loan terms with Marsaxlokk, Hamrun Spartans and St. George’s, signed a five-year deal.

On the other hand, Senglea defender Erin Azzopardi joins the club on a one-year loan.
