Farrugia retains same squad for Finland qualifier

Malta Under-21 coach Ray ‘Zazu’ Farrugia made no changes to the squad for Tuesday’s UEFA Under-21 Championship qualifier against Finland. The match will be played at the Hibernians Stadium, kick-off at 16:00.

In June, Malta had held Finland in a goalless draw away from home.

The players selected by Farrugia and his assistant Ronald Vella are therefore:
goalkeepers Daniel Balzan (St. Andrews), Steve Sultana (Qormi);
defenders Owen Bugeja (Floriana), Yessous Camilleri (Balzan), Matthew Gauci (Hamrun), Ishmael Grech (Pietà), Luca Martinelli (Mosta), Zach Muscat (Pietà);
midfielders Clyde Borg (Floriana), Triston Caruana (Hibs), Bjorn Kristensen (Hibs), Rowen Muscat (Birkirkara), Mark Scerri (Sliema);
forwards Miguel Ciantar (Balzan), Jean Paul Farrugia (Marsaxlokk), Leighton Grech (Birkirkara), Steve Pisani (Hibs), Terence Vella (Birkirkara).

Tickets for the games cost €4 for adults and €1 for children under the age of twelve and will be available at the gates.
