The Malta Under-19 side lost 0-4 to Albania in the third and last match from the UEFA Under-19 Championship Group 12 mini-tournament at the Life Arena in Seitenstetten, Albania.

An own goal by Samir Arab paved the way for the Albanians. Just before the end of the first half, Mergim Bajraktari doubled the score. A brace by Fabio Hoxha on 55 and 78 minutes sealed the issue for Albania.

Malta therefore ended its commitments without any points. Denmark won the group with seven points, followed by Austria on five and Albania four.
