Kalkara FC and Luxol St. Andrews FC joined forces and organised a friendly match at Kalkara Ground in an effort to collect funds for Amber Bugeja, a 4-year old child who will be undergoing medical treatment in the UK.

Through this event, a sum of money was raised by all players, committee members and friends.

After the match, Mr William Gauci, president of Kalkara FC and Mr Morris Pace, coach of Luxol U19s, presented the funds to Mr Twanny Bugeja who is the grandfather of Amber and who also took active part in the match as referee.

After the presentation, Mr Bugeja thanked all those who were involved in this noble gesture.
