Gudja United lost further ground in the race for promotion as they suffered a second successive defeat, losing 1-2 to Senglea Athletic. This defeat allowed Mellieha to move alone in second place as they defeated Msida St. Joseph.

Zebbug Rangers defeated St. Venera Lightnings 3-1 while Kirkop United and Zurrieq shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw.

Gzira lead the way with 42 points, followed by Mellieha on 34, Gudja 31, Zebbug 27, Gharghur and San Gwann 25, Kirkop 20, Siggiewi 19, St. Venera 17, Msida 16, Attard and Zurrieq 15, Luqa 12 and Senglea 9.
