Luqa St. Andrews and Siggiewi registered important wins in two matches from the BOV Second Division at the Centenary Stadium on Friday.

Luqa returned to winning ways as they beat Gharghur 1-0 while Siggiewi defeated Attard 3-1.

Gzira lead the way with 42 points, followed by Mellieha on 34, Gudja 31, Zebbug 27, Gharghur and San Gwann 25, Siggiewi 22, Kirkop 20, St. Venera 17, Msida 16, Attard, Zurrieq and Luqa 15 and Senglea 9.
