Tottenham's Chris Ramsey to conduct instructional meeting for coaches

As part of the MFA Technical Centre’s Coach Education programme, coaches are being invited to attend a two-day instructional meeting/seminar aimed at providing them with an opportunity to increase their knowledge of youth development in football. The activity will be conducted by Chris Ramsey, presently Technical Co-ordinator with Premier League team Tottenham Hostpurs and Head of Player Development of the club’s Reserves and Academy.

The seminar and instructional meeting will be held at the MFA Technical Centre Conference Hall, according to the schedule below:

Day 1. 10.00 hrs Monday 19 March
Theory – Youth Development and integration of youth players with the senior Tottenham Hotspurs team. Invitees are nurseries head coaches who have a minimum UEFA B Licence and head coaches of Premier clubs.

Day 1. 16.30 hrs Monday 19 March
Theory – Co-operation and interaction between team’s technical staff. Invitees are head coaches and assistant coaches of Premier teams and Head coaches of 1st Division teams.

Day 2. 16.30 hrs Tuesday 20 March
Practical session at Ta’ Qali training grounds with MFA Academy boys. Invitees are all coaches who will attend the Theory sessions.

Coaches are kindly requested to inform their assistant coach to accompany them for the same seminar. The number of places is limited, and for this reason it is important for coaches and their assistants to confirm their participation as early as possible, stating the name and coaching licence to Joe Mallia MFA Technical Centre, Ta’ Qali.
