After spending the last two years in Malta, Brazilian striker Edison Luis dos Santos ‘Tarabai’ joined Kecskeméti TE in the Hungarian First Division. He signed a one-year deal with the club having an option for the following season.

Tarabai arrived in Malta in summer 2010 to join Vittoriosa Stars, scoring six goals in seventeen matches. Last summer, he joined Hibernians.

With the Paolites, he was immediately a hit, scoring no less than twenty-one goals in thirty matches.

Tarabai is expected to play for Hibernians in the UEFA Europa League qualifiers against FK Sarajevo before joining his new club.

Meanwhile Jorge Pereira da Silva, who played for Qormi last season, has reportedly agreed to join the same club and is expected to be unveiled as their new signing next week.
