No Premier League players suspended

No Premier League players were suspended by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner following the weekend’s matches from the BOV Premier League.

In the First Division, Joseph Farrugia (St. Andrews) and Larry Lagana (Vittoriosa) two matches were handed a one-match ban while Clayton Micallef (Mqabba), Andrew Spiteri (Pietà) and Siraj Arab (Vittoriosa) were banned for one match.

Heathcliff Schembri (Fgura), Philip Taylor (Mellieha), Matthew Borg (Pembroke), Jeffrey Zammit (Sta. Venera) and Lee James Agius (Zebbug) were all suspended for one match in Division 2.

In Division 3, Matthew Gauci (Marsaskala) and Clive Psaila (Qrendi) were handed a two-match ban while Francis Zammit (Luqa) and Mark Farrugia (Qrendi) were banned for one match.
