Forty teams will be involved in the second round of the U*BET FA Trophy which will be played this weekend. The twelve First Division teams and the fourteen Second Division teams will join eight teams from the Third Division and six from Gozo who qualified from the first round.

Two matches will be played at the Centenary Stadium on Friday, nine matches at four different venues on Saturday and another nine matches at five different venues on Sunday.
