UEFA Regions Cup: Gozo end their commitments in second place

Gozo ended their commitments in Group 5 of the UEFA Regions Cup Intermediary Round on a positive note as they finished second behind winners FC Olimp Moscow thanks to a 2-2 draw with Ialoveni of Moldova at the Gozo Stadium on Thursday.

Andrian Spinu put Ialoveni ahead on 24 but goals by Darko Stojanovic on 59 and John Camilleri on 63 minutes turned the score in Gozo’s favour. However. Vitalie Tonu notched the equaliser for the Moldovan side.
