Two Italian defenders for Floriana

Floriana FC announced that they have signed two Italian defenders Filippo Andrea Scozzese and Enrico Pepe.

Twenty-five year old Enrico Pepe played for Messina in the Lega Pro after spells with Salernitana and Paganese Calcio. On the other hand, Filippo Andrea Scozzese joins the Greens from Sliema Wanderers after playing for Valletta and Gudja United.

Meanwhile Floriana reached an agreement with Ubay Luzardo Santana to release him after joining the club last month.

Last week, Igor Coronado joined Italian Serie B side Trapani on a one-year loan. Trapani, however, have an option to make his move a permanent one at the end of the season.

Floriana have so far signed Federico Usai, Nicolas Hernan Chiesa, Mario Fontanella, Mauricio Villa, Simeon Ezeadi Chukwuneme and Juninho Cabral apart from Jurgen Pisani and Firas Aboulezz.
