The Malta Football Association announced that following specific orders by Police, the BOV Premier League match between Floriana FC and Valletta FC which was due to be played on Friday has been shifted to Saturday 9th April. The derby will be played at the National Stadium, kick-off at 14:30.

The other BOV Premier League match in programme on Friday between Naxxar Lions and Pembroke Athleta will be played as originally scheduled at the National Stadium, kick-off at 18:00.

The Malta Football Association said in a statement that it had no control over this decision.
