Birżebbuġa St. Peter’s appoint Kenneth Costantino as their new coach

Birżebbuġa St. Peter’s F.C. have appointed Kenneth Costantino as their new first team coach for season 2016/17. This will be a return for Costantino, who had already coached the Saints for two seasons between 2008 and 2010.

In the past three seasons, Costantino was Technical Director at Luqa St Andrew’s FC. Previously he had coached Santa Venera Lightnings FC as well as a number of women football clubs.

Costantino will be replacing Roberto Debrincat who led Birżebbuġa St. Peter’s F.C. to sixth place in the Second Division last season. The Birżebbuġa Committee thanked Debrincat for his sterling work.

Birżebbuga St. Peter’s F.C. also announced the appointment of Clayton Desira as Youth Team coach. Throughout the past years Desira coached various age groups in the club’s youth nursery.
