Former Serbian national team goalkeeper joins Mosta

Mosta secured the services of Serbian former international goalkeeper Andjelko Djuričić.

Thirty-five year old Djuričić made his debut for the Serbian national team against New Zealand on 29 May 2010 and following his excellent performances at club level for União de Leiria in Portugal during season 2009/10, he was picked by Serbia coach Radomir Antić to represent his nation at the 2010 FIFA World Cup as the third goalkeeper behind Vladimir Stojković and Bojan Isailović.

Throughout his career, he played for Dinamo Pančevo and Hajduk Kula, before moving to Portugal. After a short spell with Al-Ittihad al-Iskandariyya in Egypt, he returned to Serbia where he played for Donji Srem Pećinci, Borac Čačak and FK Jagodina
