Early goal paves the way for comfortable Spartak Trnava win

An early goal by Robert Tambe paved the way for a comfortable win for Spartak Trnava as they defeated Hibernians 3-0 at the Štadión Antona Malatinského in Trnava in the first leg of the first qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League.

Robert Tambe put Spartak ahead after just seven minutes and five minutes from the end of the first half, Martin Mikovic doubled the score. Tambe sealed the issue with a third goal seven minutes from time.Hibernians host Spartak Trnava in the second leg on Thursday with the latter being firm favourites to secure a place in the second qualifying round where they will be meeting either FC Dila Gori of Georgia or FC Shirak of Armenia.
