Gozo lost 0-5 to East West Central Scotland in a match from Group 1 of the UEFA Regions Cup Intermediary Round at the Gozo Stadium on Wednesday.

The Scottish side took the lead thanks to a Sean Heaver penalty on the 12th minute. Substitute Nicholas Moore doubled the score eleven minutes in the second halff and another substitute Graham Butler made it 3-0 on the 77th. Niall McClure added another four minutes from time and less than a minute later, Moore scored the fifth goal.

Gozo will be meeting Ligue Paris Ile de France on Friday, kick-off at 13:00. Ligue Paris Ile de France lost 1-2 to Ingulee – Kirovograd Region of Ukraine in another match on Wednesday.
