Referee Fyodor Zammit has been appointed by UEFA to officiate the UEFA Youth League Group A Matchday 5 between PFC Ludogorets 1945 Youth (Bulgaria) and FC Basel 1893 Youth (Switzerland) to be played at Georgi Asparuhov Stadium in Sofia, on Wednesday.

FIFA officials Mitchell Scerri and Luke Portelli shall be his assistant referees, while Stefan Apostolov (Bulgaria) shall perform duties as Fourth Official.
