Another three Premier League players were handed a one-match ban by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner. 

Luis Miguel Vergara Rodrigues and Sergio Raphael dos Anjos Raphael of Hamrun Spartans and Renan Pimenta Telles of Hibernians are therefore ruled out of the weekend’s matches. 

The Hamrun duo will miss the game against Tarxien while the Hibs midfielder will skip the game against Balzan. 

Meanwhile Hamrun Spartans interim coach Jonathan Holland was banned for two matches. 

Dion Fava of Vittoriosa Stars was handed a one-match ban in the FA Trophy.
