Sirens claimed another three points in a 2-0 win over Rabat Ajax in another match from the BOV First Division at the Centenary Stadium on Friday. A win which puts them in joint-fourth place with Senglea Athletic, who however have a game in hand.

Miguel Ciantar put Sirens ahead on the 31st minute and the same player converted a penalty on the 75th minute to double the score and seal the issue.

Naxxar lead the way with 31 points, followed by Qormi on 28, Vittoriosa 25, Lija 24, Senglea and Sirens 23, Mqabba 22, Pietà 21, Melita and Marsa 18, Rabat 14, Zebbug 13, Fgura 12 and Gharghur 9.
