St. Andrews, Gzira end their commitments on Thursday

St. Andrews and Gzira United will be playing their final match on Thursday at the Hibernians Stadium, kick-off at 19:30.

The Saints are currently seventh on 37 points, three points ahead of ninth-placed Gzira. The Maroons failed to win any out of their last five matches but earned precious points in draws with Valletta, Floriana and Birkirkara. St. Andrews, on the other hand, won three out of the last five matches but are coming from a 1-3 defeat to Hibernians.

Nenad Belacevic is ruled out through suspension for St. Andrews but Ziga Kastrevec will be back after serving a one-match ban.

St. Andrews defeated Gzira 1-0 in the first round but the Maroons registered a 3-2 win in the second round.
