Valletta signed Oman international midfielder Raed Ibrahim Saleh. Saleh signed a two-year deal with the Citizens.

The 25-year old midfielder has so far played 49 matches and scored three for Oman. At club level, he played for Al-Oruba Sur and Fanja SC.

Valletta had earlier secured the services of Henry Bonello and Joseph Zerafa from Birkirkara and Kyrian Nwoko from St. Andrews.
