FIFA referee Fyodor Zammit has been appointed by UEFA to officiate the 2019 Under-21 EURO qualifying Group 5 match Kosovo vs Norway to be played on Friday at the Stadium Olimpik Adem Jashari, Mitrovica.

His team includes FIFA official Luke Portelli and Elite official William Debattista as assistant referees, while Elite Referee Emanuel Grech will act as fourth official.
