Public transport services available for Malta vs England

Malta Public Transport will be organising special transport service for the public attending the match Malta v England on Friday at the National Stadium, Ta’ Qali (kick-off 20:45).

Starting from 5:15pm, buses will be leaving from the following locations and follow the indicated routes, stopping on regular bus stops if space is available onboard the bus:

  • Mellieħa (to Xemxija, St Paul’s Bay, Ta’ Qali)
  • Next to Bugibba Bus Terminus (to Qawra, Ta’ Qali)
  • Pembroke Park & Ride (to St Julians, Sliema, Gzira, Ta’ Qali)
  • Valletta

The fare will be €3 per trip per person (return trip: €6). Buses and coaches will bear a sign ‘National Stadium’.

Taxis will also be available after the match at the indicated area, next to the Veternary Hospital, Ta’ Qali.
