Fine win for women’s national team against UAE

The Malta women’s national team defeated the United Arab Emirates 4-0 in a friendly match at the Centenary Stadium on Thursday.

Dorianne Theuma put Malta ahead on the 13th minute and towards the end of the first half doubled the score thanks to Jade Flask. A Dorianne Theuma penalty in added time made it 3-0. Mid-way through the second half, Raina Giusti scored the fourth goal for Mark Gatt’s side.

Malta plays the UAE in another friendly match on Sunday, kick-off at 10:00, at the Centenary Stadium.
