Sliema Wanderers will be seeking the three points on Friday as they take on Mosta in a clash from the BOV Premier League at the Centenary Stadium.

The Wanderers won five out of the last six matches and a win over Mosta would put them temporarily in third place, one point behind joint-leaders Balzan and Valletta. In their last league outing, they defeated Gzira 2-1.

Mosta, on the other hand, are currently ninth on fourteen points and are coming from a 0-2 defeat to Naxxar Lions in the derby. Coach Johann Scicluna will be unable to field his best formation as Jonas Rodriguez Ekani and Kurt Magro are serving a one-match ban.
