New signings for Senglea Athletic

Senglea Athletic strengthened their squad with the signing of a number of new players.

Former Georgian Under-21 international Romani Tchanturia joins the club on loan from Empoli. He had started his career at Lokomotiv Tiflis in Georgia but then joined Empoli. Since then he was loaned to Olhanense in Portugal, Prato in Italy and Lokomotivi Tbilisi in Georgia.

Twenty-year old midfielder Braian Volpini re-joined the club on loan from Club Atletico Belgrano. Another 20-year old Ima Gonzales also joins the Senglea from the same club in Argentina

Twenty-six year old defensive midfielder Mahamadou Cisse joins Senglea from Saint-Pryvé Saint-Hilaire FC. He had started his career at French club Red Star FC and later played at youth level for PSG. He moved to Pinhalnovense in Portugal and ES Pays d’Uzes in France.

Twenty-one year old defender Daniel Buckle joined the club on loan from Hibernians

Senglea had earlier signed Leighton Grech, Dylan Micallef, Philip Schranz, Brandon Muscat, Zach Cassar, Kieran Xuereb and foreigners Ferdinando Salvati and Noureddine Lahrach.
