Women’s Under-19 side loses to Romania

The Malta women’s Under-19 side lost 1-3 to Romania in the second of three friendly matches at the MFA Training Grounds on Thursday.

Carmen Marcu put Romania ahead on the 32nd minute and Madalina Marinescu doubled the score on the 58th but Dana Negrea sealed the issue four minutes from time.

The third and final friendly match will be played on Saturday at 13:30.
