Attard and Zurrieq registered wins in two matches from the BOV Third Division at the Centenary Stadium on Monday.

In the first match, Zurrieq defeated Ghaxaq 2-1 thanks to goals by Nathan Zammit on the 7th and Ryan Farrugia on the 45th with Dean Agius scoring a consolation goal for Ghaxaq deep into stoppage time.

In the other match, Attard beat Kirkop United by the odd goal in five. An own goal put Attard ahead on the 15th minute but Matthew Degiorgio equalised on the 33rd. Bledi Alla restored the lead for Attard on the 63rd and six minutes later, Jurgen Gerada extended the lead although Modou Darboe scored a second goal for Kirkop eight minutes from time.
