Malta placed third in Group 6 of the UEFA Under-19 Championship qualifying after beating Lithuania 2-1 at the Centenary Stadium on Tuesday.
A win which puts Malta on the four-point mark, three behind group winners France and just one behind runners-up Belgium. Lithuania finished at the bottom of the table without any points.
Benas Anisas put Lithuania ahead on the 12th minute but seven minutes in the second half, Alexander Satariano levelled matters. Marcus Grima notched the winner on the 65th minute.
