FIFA Referee Trustin Farrugia Cann, took charge of two matches in the UEFA Under-19 Championship Group 9 qualifying mini-tournament which was played in Northern Ireland between 14-20 November. He controlled the matches Northern Ireland vs Serbia and Northern Ireland vs Kazakhstan.

Assisting Farrugia Cann in both matches was FIFA Assistant Referee Alan Camilleri. In addition, Alan Camilleri was appointed as Assistant Referee for the match between Northern Ireland and Poland, in which, Trustin Farrugia Cann was the Fourth Official.
