Balzan continued to strengthen their squad with the signing of Steve Pisani.

A product of San Gwann, twenty-six year old Steve Pisani joined Hibernians on loan in summer 2010, making his move a permanent one the following season. In January 2013, he was loaned to Floriana, spending eighteen months on loan before making his move a permanent one in summer 2014.

Balzan had earlier signed Paul Fenech and Aleksandar Kosoric and are expected to sign Ricardo Silva Faria from Tarxien Rainbows with Siraj Arab Eddin moving in the opposite direction on loan.
