Norman Darmanin Demajo is not going to stand for re-election to the post of President of the Malta Football Association in July’s Annual General Meeting. This was announced during a meeting of the Council of the Malta Football Association which was held on Tuesday.

Darmanin Demajo, who has been serving as president for the past nine years after being elected to the post in 2010, said that he was stating his position several weeks in advance in order to dispel any doubts about his intentions.

The MFA President went on to thank all those who worked with him during his term as president.
