Stoke City FC Academy Summer Camp to be held this July

International Football Academy Malta was set up to work with international football clubs and give much needed opportunities to young Maltese players. This is a mission which we will continue to push forward and we are invigorated as IFA Malta has given opportunities to 9 young Maltese players whom have had successful experiences at Stoke during last season.

In fact, International Football Academy will once again see coaches from the Stoke City FC Academy come over for a 4 day training camp in Malta and for the first time a 2 day camp in Gozo.  The outcome of these training camps will result in a number of players from various age categories, being given the opportunity to visit Stoke for an international experience.

Boys and girls from all over the island will have the opportunity to train with Stoke City FC Academy coaches during the Summer Camp in Malta, which will take place at Zurrieq Football Ground from the 1st to the 4th of July and on the 5th and 6th of July  in Gozo at Nadur’s football ground. This Summer camp will include daily challenges with great prizes and will see one or more player from each age category being given a great opportunity to be chosen for a unique football experience at Stoke City FC’s Academy.

Double sessions on each day of both camps will take place for three different age groups, which are: – 8 to 10 years old, 11 to 13 years old and 14 to 16 years of age. All sessions will take place in the morning.

All players shall be given a training kit, refreshments during the training camp and official Stoke City FC merchandise. Also during the Camp many prizes to be won in the daily challenges. Price – €150 for Malta Camp and €70 for the Gozo Camp.
