During a committee meeting of Valletta FC, president Victor Sciriha presented a memento to Anthony Caruana who has served as Valletta Kit Manager for the past 40 years.
It was an emotional night as Caruana thanked all those present and promised to Mr Sciriha that he will still continue give his support to the club especially to the new Kit Manager Clint Mizzi. 
Committee member Paul Spiteri – associated with Valletta FC for thirty years – went through the years with Anthony to bring back the nostalgia throughout the years. Anthony couldn’t hold back the tears!
The last match for Anthony Caruana on the bench was against Sliema which was played on September 28.
