The Malta Football Referees Association would like to condemn without reservations, the attack on one of its members, on Saturday 23rd January 2010 at the Centenary Stadium, Ta’ Qali.

The official was refereeing the MFA Second Division match between Gzira United and Birzebbugia St Peters when he was attacked by a Birzebbugia player.

A report has also been filed with the MFA.
