Mtarfa Football Club and Youth Nursery’s first mini-pitch was officially inaugurated by MFA President and UEFA Vice-President Dr. Joe Mifsud, Hon. Edwin Vassallo and Mtarfa FC Founder and President Mr. Joseph Vassallo in the presence of the Mayor of Mtarfa, the Vice-Mayor, Councillors and other distinctive guests.

The pitch was partially financed by the UEFA – Hat trick Program and the MFA while the construction was conducted by the MRRA under the supervision of Mr. Joseph A. Borda.

In a short message, Dr Mifsud expressed gratitude to all those that in way or another are helping in the growth of the game and those who helped in completing this project which will be used by kids and youths to practice their favourite sport in a healthy environment.
