Under-17 side shares spoils with Albania

The Malta Under-17 earned a point in a 1-1 draw with Albania in the final game from Group 4 of the UEFA Under-17 mini-tournament which was held in Malta, at the Centenary Stadium, over the past six days.

Arben Muskaj put Albania ahead after just three minutes but the locals equalised thanks to a goal by Daniel Zerafa on the 19th.

In the first match on Saturday, Malta lost 1-3 to the Republic of Ireland while in the second game on Monday, three second half goals gave Norway a 3-0.
